Carrot Cake

INGREDIENTS ... ORIGINAL RECIPE

2 c sugar

1 c vegetable oil

5 eggs

2 c sifted flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 c walnuts

2 tblsp. cinnamon

3 c grated carrots

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Blend oil and sugar, add eggs.

Gradually, add everything else.

Carrots and nuts last

 

THE ICING

8 oz. cream cheese

c margarine

2 c 10X- sifted

1 tsp vanilla

 

Whip all ingredients.

1 c Applesauce

1 c Egg substitute

2 c sifted flour

2 tsp baking soda

c walnuts

2 tblsp. cinnamon
