Chocolate Cake

This recipe was given to me at a meeting I facilitated no points were given I figured it to be 6/serving. Not super low, but they seemed very impressed with it

Yield/Serves: 8



1 cup flour

1 cup sugar (or 3/4 cup)

6 T. cooking oil

1 T. vinegar

1 tsp. baking soda

6 T. unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup water

tsp salt




Mix ingredients together. Place in greased 13 x 9 pan.


Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
