Ingredients

1 pkg frozen peaches (12 oz sugar free)

1 pkg Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white)

1 cup diet cream soda

Instructions

 

Preheat oven to 350* Mix peaches & cream soda. Top with cake mix and bake till golden brown 45 - 60 minutes.

 

Special Notes:

This actually comes out to be 2.5 points per serving. Great with FF cool whip.

Lite Peach Cobbler

POINTS per serving: 4           Yield/Serves:  12

Ingredients

(1) box Betty Crocker reduced-fat yellow cake mix.

(1) 29 oz. can of sliced peaches in extra lite syrup

 

Instructions

 

Spray 8 x 12 inch glass dish with Pam. Layer cake mix, then add peaches & syrup. I usually cut up peaches. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. That's it, nothing else.
