PointsPlus® per serving

Serving  = 1 cup

10 oz. extra-lean ground turkey breast

1 medium onion, diced

1 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes

2 medium zucchini, diced

2 medium yellow squash, diced

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained

2 (15 oz.) cans fat-free, reduced sodium beef broth

4 celery stalks, diced

2 green bell peppers, diced

1 (1¼ oz) package dry chili seasoning

1.  Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium over medium-high heat.  Add the turkey and onion and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.

2.  Transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to a large soup pot and add the tomatoes, zucchini, squash, beans, broth, celery, bell peppers, and chili seasoning. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.  Continue to simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.

*** OK … where do I begin?  LOL.  The "One Point Chili," for years, has been a huge favorite.  Now is it still 1 point for PointsPlus?  I put all ingredients into e-Tools Recipe Builder.  The only ingredients that came up reflecting any points was the turkey (8), 15 oz. of beef broth (1) and the beans (7) for a sum of 16 for the entire recipe.  NOW … how many serving does it make???  When I make this I'll report back … or someone else (please)
