Weight Watcheresque Veg Chilly




3 cups or so shredded carrots

1 cup or so onions

1 cup chopped green peppers

1 tablespoon cumin

1 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. basil

2 TBL. light margarine

1 can (big) crushed tomatoes

1 tsp. paprika

dash cayenne pepper (optional)

salt & pepper




Melt margarine. Add cumin, basil, and oregano. It will look yucky and

sticky. Cook 3-5 minutes making sure you scrape the bottom of the pot. Add

other ingredients. Cook until desired - about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
