BAKED APPLE CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS

Medium apples

 

8 oz.

Fat Free Cream Cheese

 

1

Egg

 

¼ tsp

Vanilla

 

20 packets

Splenda (only use Splenda)

 

¼ cup

Cold water

 

 

1)      Preheat oven to 350°

2)      Core apples but do not break through the (bottom) skin.  Beat softened cream cheese, egg, Splenda, and vanilla until smooth.

3)      Spoon filling into each apple.

4)      Place apples in baking dish. Pour water into bottom of the pan.

5)      Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender
