Banana-Pudding Pops

Makes 8 servings

 

1 envelope (4 [-cup] servings) reduced-calorie instant vanilla pudding mix

 

2 cups skim milk

 

2 bananas, peeled; each cut into 4 chunks

 

1. Prepare pudding with milk, following package directions.

 

2. Insert 1 ice cream stick into each banana chunk; place each in 1 (5-oz) plastic drinking cup.

 

3. Pour prepared pudding into cups, filling each two-thirds full. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.

 

Each serving provides: 1 POINT
