Tuna Melts

1 (6-oz) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked

 

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

 

4 scallions, thinly sliced

 

2 tsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise

 

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

 

4 slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread, toasted

 

3 Tbsp shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese

 

1. Preheat broiler.

 

2. In medium bowl, combine tuna, celery, scallions, mayonnaise, and pepper. Divide mixture evenly between 4 slices toast. Divide cheese evenly and sprinkle on top each slice toast.

 

3. Broil 5" from heat, until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.

 

Each serving provides: 4 POINTS
