BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENT

 

 

2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

 

1 (10 ¾ oz.) can condensed reduced-fat reduced-salt cream of mushroom soup undiluted

 

2 oz. light processed cheese, cubed (such as Velveeta Light)

 

1 cup uncooked instant rice

 

2½ chopped onion

 

1¼ cup fat-free milk

 

1 tbls butter or stick margarine, softened

Cooking spray

 

 

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

 

2. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large bowl; stir well.  Spoon into a 2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated and rice is done.
