1 small pita bread

⅔ cup part-skim ricotta cheese

3 tbs. Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

cup chopped red peppers

cup chopped green peppers

cup prepared tomato sauce



Mix ricotta, mozzarella, red and green peppers together and stuff into the pita. Pour tomato sauce on top and place in microwave for 2 minutes or until hot.
