QUICHE LORRAINE

 

 

 

4 ounces low fat swiss cheese, grated

4 ounces turkey ham, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 small zucchini, chopped

3 eggs

10 oz. skim milk

˝  cup low fat bisquick

pepper, garlic powder

 

Blend eggs, skim milk, bisquick, pepper and garlic in blender. Spray a deep dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray and put ham on bottom. Add onion and zucchini. Add mix from blender. Top with cheese.

 

Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes until browned.

 

Makes 4 serv­ings at 5.5 points each.
