Spaghetti with Onions and Peppers

  cups Thin spaghetti ………….. 6 pts.

1 small Onion diced

1 small Green pepper diced

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 clove garlic diced

Oregano and basil to taste


Cook spaghetti al-dente … drain

In a sauté pan, spray Pam and add onion, pepper and garlic.

Sauté for 3 – 5 minutes, on medium high until cooked.

Add stewed tomatoes and heat up (with onion, pepper, garlic)

Toss with spaghetti
