Indian turkey roll-ups

Chutney adds moisture and a sweet, pungent flavor to this quick sandwich. Experiment with different flavors of tortillas - the deli section of your market may carry them in tomato, spinach, whole

wheat, and even basil or jalapeno pepper flavors. If you wish, add a slice of reduced fat cheese, for calcium, and serve with a green salad.





4 (6") tortillas

4 Tbsp chutney

8 oz deli-sliced turkey breast




1. Warm tortillas for 5 minutes in a 300 F' oven. 2. Spread each tortilla with I tablespoon chutney. 3. Top each tortilla with 2 oz turkey and roll up. Secure with a toothpick.
