The Breakfast List

Two weeks ago we had a meeting focusing on the importance of breakfast.  We all shared some great ideas about what to have for breakfast … inside the proverbial box and out.

Bars

Bread family

  • French toast (lite bread/ 1 egg)
  • rice cakes and peanut butter

Cereal (hot/ cold)
